FOUR members of the team at a Kendal and Windermere estate agent have achieved professional qualifications.
Colette Grainger, Clare Hoban, Moira Anderson and Gemma Dawe of Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents have all passed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property.
The nationally recognised industry qualification is also an entry requirement of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the UK’s leading professional body for estate agents which regulates, guides and assists property professionals.
The four started studying towards the qualification earlier this year as a result of the formation of the new estate agency business.
