The Burnside is being marketed on behalf of LPA Receivers by the specialist hotels agency Colliers International in association with GVA. Staff accommodation is being offered for sale separately.
Julian Troup, head of UK hotels agency at Colliers International, said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a 57-bedroom hotel with adjoining leisure club and strong trading base in an elevated position with views of Windermere. I’m convinced that we’ll attract considerable interest in this outstanding offering.”
