ENJOY an evening of music with four-piece group VOCE when they perform at Eden District Council’s Chairman’s Charity Concert in aid of Eden Carers.

Eden District Council’s Chairman John Thompson said: “I am really looking forward to the Charity Concert, seeing VOCE perform is a very enjoyable evening and all proceeds from the event go to support the Chairman’s chosen charity Eden Carers.

“So I hope local people will join me for an evening of musical entertainment and help to raise money for such a worthwhile local cause.”

Similar in style to Il Divo, VOCE is made up of four singers and they perform a crossover of pop and classical songs.

Cilla Clarke, Eden Carers Chief Officer, said: “Council Chairman John Thompson recognises the importance of locally based small charities such as Eden Carers delivering support to the numerous unsung heroes in our communities who provide unpaid care and support to a relative, neighbour or friend.

“This promises to be a fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable event and we would love to see as many possible sharing the evening with us.”

Eden Carers provides information, support and a point of reference for carers of any age who provide substantial and regular care on an unpaid basis.

The musical evening will take place at Penrith Leisure Centre on April 25 at 7pm.
