LEGAL DEAL: Firm appointed to handle new house sales
SOUTH Lakeland housebuilder Russell Armer has appointed the property team at solicitors Harrison Drury to handle legal aspects of the sale of new homes in Cumbria.
The law firm, which has an office in Kendal, will advise on the sale of up to 94 properties the new £10.6million Cragg Close development in Sandylands.
Housing association Impact Housing has purchased 47 of the homes, with the remaining 50 per cent being offered for general sale.
