A BRAND new ale festival will come to north Lancashire this month, celebrating the best of the county’s beer.
The Warton Old School Brewery will be hosting its first ever festival with the ‘Live Ale’ weekend between May 16 and 18, when 10 breweries from across Lancashire and Cumbria will be in attendance.
There will also be two stages of live music and money will be raised over the weekend for Bay Search and Rescue.
Lakeland Picnic will provide the catering, including a unique Old School Brewery Burger made from the Warton business’ Old School Beer.
The event will cost £10 for a weekend ticket or £5 for one day.
Children’s tickets will cost £1.
