A ROCK picker with an estimated value of £2,000 has been stolen from an Ulverston farm.

The yellow rock picker is believed to have been taken between 9pm on Wednesday (28) and 9am yesterday (May 29).

Cumbria Police said it is very heavy and would need two people to lift it.

Anyone with information is asked to call non-emergency 101 and ask for PC 1444 Conway or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
