KIRKBIE Kendal School played host to a group of visitors from Olashore International School, Nigeria.
Teachers and students spent the day experiencing a British school, meeting staff and students, observing and taking part in lessons.
The aim of the visit was to forge international links and the headteacher at Olashore wanted to allow staff and students to experience a good British school.
Students of both schools had the opportunity to discover more about the different cultures and countries.
βIt was an enjoyable and interesting day, friendships were made and links were established between the two schools,β said assistant headteacher Carla Baker.
