A DOUBLE bed and a pair of hobnailed boots were among the items found during a clean-up day around Great Langdale on Sunday.
Thirty-one volunteers collected 23 bags of rubbish as part of the second Envirotrek in the Lake District, organised by Respect the Mountains in co-operation with KEEN Footwear.
