AN AIR ambulance was called out after a male 'became unwell' while walking on Cat Bells.
The call-out, at 1pm today, was made after a 70-year-old male from Maryport found himself struggling while out in Borrowdale.
The Helimed 58, of the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS), was called to assist the Keswick Mountain Rescue team.
The man was treated at the scene and escorted off the fell by MRT members. He was treated by a GNAAS doctor.
