PEOPLE in Cumbria will be able to improve their digital skills thanks to the help of two local groups.
Action for Children and the Cumbria District of the Methodist Church have each been given a £1,000 donation from energy company E.ON’s Digital Action Fund.
The money will help them purchase IT equipment to be used at drop-in sessions by specially trained staff and volunteers to help the wider community get online and learn digital skills.
