STILL WAITING: The lido at Grange-over-Sands remains a link with the 1930s when such outdoor swimming pools were popular around Britain. Now, longstanding plans to restore the pool to its former glory could be fulfilled if the Morecambe Bay Partnership secures new government funding for a raft of regeneration projects.
