WINDERMERE post office is to get a first-class facelift in the new year.
The Crescent Road branch will close for refurbishments on Wednesday, January 14 at 5.30pm - reopening with a modern, open-plan layout on Wednesday, January 28 at 1pm and offering all the same products and services.
Customers are recommended to use post offices at Staveley, Ambleside or Bowness during the closure.
