THE disused public WC on Arnside Promenade could be demolished and replaced with a house, if plans are approved by South Lakeland District Council.
Sharon Holgate-Smith proposes to build a two-storey home on the site of the former loo, complete with oak doors, stone cladding and black zinc roof, according to the planning documents.
