A TRAIN operator that runs services on the Lakes and Furness lines has achieved an 82 per cent overall customer satisfaction rating .
The National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS) sought the views of some 30,000 rail users across the country and results released on Tuesday showed FTPE’s satisfaction rating was above the national average of 81 per cent.
Customers were particularly pleased with the provision of information about train times and platforms (88 per cent) and how well station staff dealt with requests for help (85 per cent).
