TRAFFIC barriers have been put away too early on some Milnthorpe market days, parish councillors heard.
Market supervisor Ann Johnston told Milnthorpe Parish Council that the barriers were being put away by 3.30pm on some Fridays.
Parish clerk John Scargill is to insist that the 'proper' 4.30pm removal time is 'strictly' observed.
He is also to research the cost of an extra barrier for the bottom end of The Square.
