THE Bishop of Blackburn, the Rt Rev Julian Henderson, has issued a politically charged Easter message, urging voters to study manifestos and debates and ‘discern what lies behind all the shouting’ before taking responsibility to vote on May 7 ‘for that which will promote the common good’.
