The cloud inversion taken from Lingmoor Fell
This photograph of a cloud inversion on the fells was taken early on Friday morning by keen walker Alexandra Woodward.
"There was an ethereal quality about it," said Alexandra. "The photograph shows Side Pike emerging from the cloud. The Langdale Pikes are to the right of the shot. The picture was taken from Lingmoor Fell."
