Furness College celebrates VQ Day in style.
To celebrate national VQ Day (where colleges around the country celebrate the success and the importance of vocational qualifications) Furness College challenged five teams to take part in the Furness Factor.
The 6 teams - Furness College, BAE Systems, Kimberly-Clark, Glaxo-Smith Kline, Siemens and the Furness Federation of Small Businesses– were set a series of challenges to test their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) skills as well as team building and sports skills.
