CUMBRIA'S Police and Crime Commissioner Richard Rhodes was the guest speaker at the annual general meeting of the Westmorland and Lonsdale Conservative Lunch Club at the Heaves Hotel, near Kendal.
Those elected at the meeting were: President, Arthur Moss; Chairman, Beryl Greenwood; Vice chairman, Joyce Reynolds; Secretary, Jennifer Barker; Treasurer, Patricia Walker; Committee: Sheila Chadwick and Margaret Julian.
