NOMINEES are being sought for the Cumbria Woman of the Year 2015.
Now in its 26th year, the event honours the inspirational and passionate women who make a profound difference to the lives of others.
The Cumbria Woman of the Year and Lifetime Achievement awards for the year are announced at an annual celebration lunch in a Lake District hotel funded by local sponsors.
Doreen Beattie, the current Cumbria Woman of the Year was bestowed the award for her lifetime of dedicated fostering and caring for her community and the elderly in Kirkoswald
