We met this man from a fellow Mongol Rally team last night - a chance meeting at the finish line at Ulan Ude.
It turned out he has named his soon-to-be-born son Marco after our team!
It follows an encounter we had with him in a traffic jam in the United Kingdom five weeks ago.
We couldn't believe we met them again, and with such a great story.
* Pictured above are Paul Thomas (left) and Alex Ramsey with the member of another team who they met at the finish line at Ulan Ude. Paul is holidng the registration plate of 'Roxanne', the 18-year-old Nissan Micra that took them 7,000 miles from the UK to Kazakhstan, but was written off after hitting a rock and overturning two weeks ago near Zharkent.
