A MAN was caught drink driving after a night out when he lost control of his car and ended up in a field on the A592 at Storrs Hall.
A roadside breath test showed Findlay Michaud, 20, of Blawith, had 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Michaud told police he had four or five bottles of lager in Bowness before driving home with two passengers.
He said a punctured tyre had caused him to lose control and go into the field.
Pleading guilty to driving while over the limit at South Cumbria Magistrates Court, Michaud said: "If I had believed I wasn't sober enough to drive I would have got into a taxi."
He was handed a 12-month driving ban by magistrates and ordered to pay a £104 fine and £255 in costs and surcharges.
