DETAILED plans have been submitted for a second development of homes in Kendal.
Carlisle-based Story Homes secured outline planning approval from South Lakeland District Council in April 2015 to build up to 105 homes on the Kendal Parks Farm site.
The company has now submitted reserved matters applications for the first two phases of the development which will incorporate new affordable housing.
