ACCLAIMED artist Kate Bentley is staging a solo exhibition at the Crook home of John Entwistle, chairman of the Romney Society. John is a huge fan of fine art and previously hosted several other successful exhibitions at Low Crag. Running from Friday-Sunday, December 4-6 (10am-5pm), all commission from the proceeds of Kate's Homeland exhibition will go to CancerCare. Kate's Homeland includes works influenced by the Lyth Valley, and paintings and en plein-air studies of the Cumbrian lakes and fells. Further information on 015395-68715.
