SOUTH Lakeland District Council will hold its 'out and about' Cabinet meeting in Old Hutton later this month.
The meeting, on April 27, will make it easier for local residents to attend and experience the process.
SLDC's Cabinet usually sits at Kendal Town Hall but occasionally holds meetings in different locations around South Lakeland.
The Cabinet meeting will be chaired by Councillor Peter Thornton, who is the ward member for Whinfell, which covers Old Hutton, as well as being Leader of South Lakeland District Council.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting at Old Hutton Public Call, which starts at 10.30am.
