Four cars damaged in Ambleside
POLICE are investigating after a series of vehicles were damaged in Ambleside.
The four cars, located on Vicarage Road, Wansfell Road and Lower Stonecroft had their windows smashed and glove boxes rummaged through.
The two cars on Vicarage Road and one on Wansfell Road were broken into between the hours of 11pm on April 16 and 8:30am on April 17.
The fourth car was located on Lower Stonecroft and was broken into at around 4am on April 17.
Members of the public reportedly saw two males shining torches into cars.
Police are appealing for anyone with any information to call PC Kershaw on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800555111.
