Fire in Cartmel restaurant kitchen
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a fire in the kitchen of a restaurant in Cartmel yesterday morning (April 24).
The team were called at 7:21am to the restaurant on Cavendish Street.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel jet to put out the fire and a high pressure fan to clear the smoke.
