COUNTERFEIT Scottish £20 notes have reportedly been exchanged in Windermere.
Cumbria Police received multiple calls that two youths, thought to be 12-years-old, were exchanging the notes.
The police would like to make the public and businesses aware that they may still be active in the Cumbria area.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Cumbria Police and quote log number 105 of April 26.
