A property inspection app is celebrating its fifth birthday
AN APP designed for people who inspect properties for a living is celebrating its fifth birthday.
The team at InventoryBase, based in Portsmouth, says that four in five customers who have used the software stay on as clients, as they value the way it improves their property businesses.
The app is used by individuals and companies who inspect properties for tenancy, insurance or maintenance purposes. Clients include property managers, inventory clerks, letting agents, surveyors, building inspectors, risk assessors and domestic energy assessors.
