A MAN who had been walking in the Langdale Valley required a mountain rescue team response after falling and injuring his leg.
Langdale and Ambleside MRT were joined by members of Kendal MRT to attend to the man on Thursday afternoon, who had fallen at Stickle Ghyll.
They managed to reach the casualty, and he was stretchered down to an awaiting ambulance.
