A CHINESE takeaway in Kendal is seeking planning consent for a condenser unit for its cold room.
Meilin Liau, of the Golden Boat at 140 Highgate, has submitted plans to South Lakeland District Council. The unit would be attached to an outside wall and would make very little noise with "no smell or fumes of any kind", according to planning documents.
