A 65-YEAR-OLD MAN from Lancashire has died following a two-vehicle collision on the M6 between Junction 35 and 36 northbound yesterday (October 15).
Officers were called at 2.59pm to reports of the incident, which involved a Ford Mondeo and a van, between Junctions 35 and 36, northbound on the M6.
The male driver of the Ford Mondeo died. Police are working with his family at this time.
Two men in the white van were taken to Royal Preston Hospital. One is in a serious but stable condition and the other suffered non-serious injuries.
The M6 was closed in both directions between junctions 36 and 35.
