TWO girls have reportedly been chased around Kendal and threatened with a broken bottle.
Police are investigating a report of a public order offence which took place on the evening of October 30.
A report was received that at around 7.45pm, two females aged around 12-years-old were chased around the Highgate, Stricklandgate and Library Road areas of Kendal by a group of three teenage males.
One of the males is reported to have thrown a glass bottle at the females before threatening them with another broken bottle. No injuries were caused.
He is described as white, aged around 15 to 16-years-old with short black hair and rectangular black glasses. He was wearing a grey zip-up coat and black jogging trousers.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with further information to contact PC 2386 Norman by telephoning 101.
