Ullswater
FOUR people were stuck on a marooned boat at Ullswater on Sunday, October 29, and had to be rescued by the Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service.
Engines from Kendal, Penrith and Lazonby attended, along with the water incident unit from Kendal and coastguard units.
Technicians used the water rescue boat to tow the marooned boat to the lake side. Crews were in attendance for one hour.
