FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in the South Lakeland village of Canal Foot this morning (January 18).
Crews were called at 8.56am to a fire which had spread from a bonfire to a nearby caravan by the canal.
Crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
They then used a thermal imaging camera to ensure there were no hotspots.
