Spain's Costa Blanca is popular with Brits
MORE and more Brits are heading to Spain to buy their dream second home by the beach, says housebuilder Taylor Wimpey España.
House sales to foreigners on the Costa Blanca on the south-eastern Spanish coast are up by 17.5 per cent.
The average house price in England is £243,339 (HM Land Registry) but properties in hotspots such as
Torrevieja and La Marina can be bought for £117,000 and £130,000 respectively.
