ONE OF Kendal's premier festivals is hitting the road in a new 16 date UK wide tour, set to kick off later this month.
Kendal Mountain Festival's 2018 Tales of Adventure tour takes the 'spirit and inspiration' of the festival to a whole new audience.
The events will feature talks from two adventurers whose stories inspire, motivate and educate and the chance to catch some of the festival's award-winning films.
The speaker line up includes Anna McNuff, author of 'Pants of Perspective'; Antoinia Bolingbroke-Kent, an award-wining adventurer and author and Ben Page, who at the age of 22 undertook a three year biking journey across the globe.
And the tour has three Cumbrian dates booked in, culminating with a finale event at the Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal on June 8.
