LANDSCAPE charity Friends of the Lake District is searching for the finest views Cumbria has to offer for its 2018 photo competition.
Following on from its successful 2017 competition, which received 347 entries, the Kendal based charity is hoping to beat that total this year, with 100 photos received so far.
Open to all ages and abilities, the winning images will feature on the charity’s Christmas cards and 2019 calendar.
“Last year, thanks to the fantastic images we received, we saw the largest ever sales of our cards and calendars, meaning we can do even more to help protect and enhance these special landscapes,” said fundraising officer Rachel Damms.
