A PLOT of land in Coniston is to go under the virtual hammer - with no reserve price - on Wednesday, June 6.
The parcel of land at the intersection of Little Moss and Little Moss Close offers parking for around four cars plus additional land.
Landwood Property Auctions says the lot is "generating a lot of interest" ahead of Wedneday's online auction and could be "snapped up for as little as a pound" as there is no reserve in place.
