A WOMAN diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's is encouraging other younger people with neurological conditions to attend a new Kendal support group.
Fiona Kennaugh, of Carnforth, was told she had the disease when aged 47.
To help other work age people with neurological conditions, or friends or family needing support or advice, Freshers Cafes were formed.
The second meeting of the new Kendal Freshers Cafe will take place on September 5 at the Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal from 4.30-6.30pm
The group is user led and welcomes any early onset or neurological condition, or anyone who wants advice or support.
