DRIVERS are facing hour-long delays on the motorway after a vehicle fire broke out on the M6.
Traffic is queueing on the M6 Southbound between J33 Lancaster and J32 Preston due to a vehicle fire.
All lanes have since reopened, Highways have reported, but motorists are facing delays of 70 minutes and six miles of congestion.
Highways are urging drivers to allow extra time if travelling in the area.
