TENNIS will return on Sunday mornings from 10am to mid-day commencing April 23 at Endmoor Tennis Club, near the Village Hall. All players, old and new, are welcome. Fees have been held again at the same rate as previous years: Single £50, Joint £80, Family £85, and Under 18 years £20.

This year’s courts access code will be given to members upon payment.

THE CLUB Inn are asking for volunteers to help with a few tasks like gardening and planting, sweeping, jet washing, organising, and painting. The Club Inn, run by volunteers on the committee, has organised a boon day on Saturday April 22 from 10am. Volunteers are asked to go along with any tools they may have.

SINGING with the Community Choir re-starts after the Easter break this evening, Thursday April 20, at St Patrick’s CE School, from 7pm. New singers are most welcome, no experience is necessary, there is no audition, and the first session is free. The emphasis is on singing in harmony for fun, enjoyment and health. SUNDAY'S National Emergency Alert test will occur at 3pm, April 23, on people's mobile 'phones. Preston Richard Emergency Team have asked Zone Coordinators to ensure that elderly and vulnerable neighbours are aware of the test, and that no action is needed.
