A FAMILY-RUN bookshop will be hosting a number of author events across the Summer.
With a variety of genres from crime to natural history and memoir, authors such as Lev Parikian, Caro Giles, Rebecca Smith and Victoria Bennett will be attending the Westwood Books in Sedbergh.
Local authors including J.C. Briggs, Deborah Swift and Matthew Booth will also be joining the event.
Heather Thomas, Co-owner of Westwood Books, said: "We are so excited to finally be able to host events and have such amazing authors here.
"We’re looking forward to doing much more of it in the future."

Friday July 7 – Caro Giles, Twelve Moons: A Year Under A Shared Sky
Tuesday July 18 – Victoria Bennett, All My Wild Mothers
Friday August 4 – Taking Flight with Lev Parikian
