The people of Underbarrow will get to experience the delights of a live big band at an upcoming charity fundraiser.
The Underbarrow Marrow Day Committee announced that they would be hosting a 'big band dance night' on November 25 at 7:30pm.
The show will take place at Underbarrow Village Institute and will feature performances from Kendal Big Band.
Donations from ticket sales will be going to St Mary's Hospice in Ulverston.
Tickets cost £12 for this cash-only event, with the entry price also including a buffet.
A bar and raffle will also be made available on the night, and tickets can be bought from Jennifer Richardson on 07825959268.
