A CASE involving an alleged assault by a couple has been dismissed.
Michael Leddy, 60, and Tina Leddy, 50, of Sedbergh, had been charged with an alleged assault at Sedbergh People's Hall on October 29, 2022.
A judge sitting at Carlisle Crown Court on November 22 discharged the couple.
