The Lake District will be providing the perfect location for people to find inner peace throughout April and May.
'Meditate in the Lakes' focuses on providing people with the confidence to deal with 'difficult' people.
Staring in Ulverston on April 9, weekly classes will also be held in Barrow, Bowness, Grange-over-Sands, Kendal, Keswick, Millom and Silverdale.
The organisers behind the groups explained: "This course looks at how to build up confidence in dealing with people we see as difficult so that we come to respect and appreciate them and they in turn appreciate us.
"Each class will include two meditations, a teaching and some discussion, and the sessions are based on methods that have inspired generations of Buddhist practitioners for almost a thousand years."
