The weather forecast for the week ahead expects cloudy days with sunny spells, according to the Met Office.
Cloudy weather is expected on Monday with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. It is going to be drier on Tuesday and Wednesday with sunnier spells and a few showers possible. Temperatures are around average with light winds.
From Wednesday to Friday, it will be dominated by high pressure to the northwest of the UK.
The Met Office said: "Temperatures overall are likely to remain around or a little below average. There should be a reasonable amount of dry weather around, especially in the north and west, but some rain or showers are likely at times."
