POLICE are appealing for information to help trace a 26-year-old man from Milnthorpe who has been missing since September 24.
Guy Rocket, of Park Road, Milnthorpe was an in-patient at Hadrian's Mental Health Unit in Carlisle when he went missing.
He left the grounds of the unit at around 11am on Wednesday morning and was last seen at Carlisle railway station at 12pm where it is believed he boarded a train destined for Birmingham.
Mr Rocket is described as white, 6 feet tall, of a slim build with black, long hair in a knotted/dreadlock style. He has a black, pointed goaty beard and was last seen wearing a light green jacket, grey long sleeve top and red Ferrari t-shirt, blue jeans and white footwear.
He has connections in London and the Tarvin area of Chester and it is thought that he could be in any of these areas.
Anyone who thinks they may have seen Mr Rocket or has any information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact Cumbria Police on 0845-3300-247.
