A TEENAGER received minor injuries after losing control of her vehicle and hitting a tree near Orton in Eden yesterday.
A 19-year-old woman from Kings Meaburn near Penrith had to be cut from the wreckage of her blue Ford Ka by firefighters but received only minor injuries.
Police, firefighters and the air ambulance attended the incident, which occurred on the B6260 Orton Scar Road.
The woman was checked over by paramedics and was deemed fit to return home.
