VOLUNTEERS will gather at Ambleside's Kelsick Centre on Saturday (July 11) to reveal how joining them can lead to employment and recognised qualifications.
The event, which has been organised by Cumbria Social Connections and runs from 10am to 12 noon, will boast representatives from local and national groups between them offering opportunities in child care, performing arts, emergency services, WI and Rotary, fundraising, community support and adult social care to name just a few.
Any voluntary groups who would like to attend should call 07752-134013 as soon as possible.
